Sleep quality and psychological well-being of university students

چکیده

The duration and time of sleep affect the general health well-being individuals. It has been recommended that adults, aged 18 –64 years, should for 7 to 9 hours per night, however, many people struggle with problems various kinds hardly meet these recommendations. Sleep is necessary cognition, alertness, vigilance, sustenance attention as well control emotions. effects deprivation on cognitive performance other psychological variables have widely studied. Sleepiness, short-term effect inadequate sleep, may lead irritability, reduced poor motor skills, problems. Among long-term are obesity, type 2 diabetes, hypertension, mental disorders. in adults all ages defined getting less than night.
